Job Description
The Sales Enablement Director role focuses on the design, development and execution of partner sales readiness plans made to ensure our partner sellers, solution engineers and practice leaders are able to meet sales pipeline goals across the Oracle and partner's solutions portfolios. By proactively engaging with business leaders, both internal & external, you will propose and align skills development strategies, create impactful innovative and scaled modular learning initiatives, conduct focused competency advisory sessions, and ensure the team is accountable for measurable skill growth and its impact on revenue. This is a global role, based on the east region of the United states, managing team members based in several countries worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Engagement
Establish senior level collaborative engagement between partners and Oracle's Alliances & Channels to ensure unified execution and accelerated outcomes.
Map stakeholders for continued team engagement and relationship building.
Evaluation and assessment of business
Evaluate partner metrics, goals and current state of partner relationships and staff competencies.
Analyze business and territory plans to identify existing sales competency and enablement needs and skills gaps.
Align skills development with go to market opportunities and regional development needs.
Create and advise sales enablement execution plans
Develop a sales enablement strategy with each of the top strategic partnerships aligned to the business goals of Oracle and partner account managers.
Build a sales training plan for each of the managed accounts and gain buy in from partner and Oracle management on alignment and execution.
Create customized learning journeys leveraging existing solutions or sales training offerings.
Request new training, advisory sessions from Oracle product development, marketing and other LOB contributors.
Execute the development plans
Communicate directly with partner teams and promote training opportunities.
Proactively advise partners and partner account manages on plans to close skills gaps, setting clear project timelines and goals.
Contribute to the creation of global partner skills maturity framework, including methodology for sales skills heat map.
Ensure effective utilization of skills in go to market plans.
Track training completions against set targets
Provide metrics on execution and enablement utilization across the partner ecosystem track engagement, sales impact.
identify areas for improvement and establish new metrics and goals for future growth.
Cross organization collaboration and representation
Act as POC for senior sales leadership and report progress on plans, KPIs and action plans, internal meetings and focus groups and events.
Advise on enhancements requirements for reporting systems, learning management systems and partner relationship management (PRM).
Ensure alignment of skills development with the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) global program.
People Management
Management and hiring of individual strategic sales enablement advisors based in multiple countries worldwide.
Plan for resource load balancing and growth.
Coach individual team performance, assess talent.
Responsibilities
Preferred Skills and Experience
Sales Enablement
Understanding of partner taxonomy (SIs, ISV, VAR, VAD) and partner sales models.
Territory and Account planning sales experience, sales methodology.
Basic sales understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Platform, multi-cloud architectures, SaaS, Oracle AI technologies.
Partner Ecosystem
Understanding of Global System Integrator (GSI) partner ecosystem including how GSIs build sell and deliver solutions.
Ability to assess partner maturity, identify capability gaps, and drive training strategies to drive growth.
Experience influencing partner business planning and go-to-market strategy.
Strategic Program Management
Ability to design and execute scalable, repeatable partner growth frameworks.
Experience managing multi-partner programs or initiatives across multiple work streams.
Strong planning, prioritization, and program governance skills.
Experience leading executive-level alignment sessions and broader enablement initiatives.
Analytical & Outcome-Oriented Mindset
Highly analytical data-driven approach to tracking program and partner performance.
Ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and adapt strategy based on insights.
Knowledge of analytics systems and partner relationship management (PRM).
Focused on measurable outcomes: contribution to revenue growth, pipeline development, customer feedback, customer success.
Communication and Executive Presence:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills-comfortable interfacing with partner executives and Oracle senior leadership.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to articulate Oracle's unique value in a partner-relevant way.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
