Job Overview

Provides domain expertise as a trusted advisor for compliance experts, primarily prospecting and problem-solving to help clients navigate complex and dynamic regulatory environments.

Essential Functions

  • Sales role for commercial compliance.
  • Generate prospecting and relationship development with senior regulatory and compliance leadership personas.
  • Position as a trusted partner, discover unmet needs, and develop solutions across IQVIA Commercial Compliance Services to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and enable client success.
  • Identify and secure new client relationships fitting the commercial compliance capabilities.
  • Maximize new contacts within territories and find ways to advance proposed solutions.

Other Functions

  • Focus on new business and account acquisition, leading the acquisition of high-profile clients and winning large deals to meet TCV, revenue, and profit objectives.
  • Develop prospects through individual efforts and organization-sponsored events and campaigns.
  • Secure appointments, determine client needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Expand client base within defined market segments.
  • Manage territory via direct selling, MQLs, and inside sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales or industry experience required.

The potential base pay range is $107,900 - $200,300 annually. Actual offers may vary based on qualifications, location, schedule, and other factors. Incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be included.
