Overview:

The Partner Program Manager is a key individual contributor within Seismic’s Global Partnerships organization responsible for the day-to-day execution of programs, processes, enablement, and content that help our partner ecosystem operate effectively and scale.

Reporting to the Partner Program Director, this role will support partner onboarding and enablement, program operations, partner‑facing and revenue‑facing content, reporting, and the operational workflows that keep our ecosystem running smoothly. This person will work closely with Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure partners and Seismic teams have the information, resources, and support they need to execute.

We are looking for a strong operator with exceptional attention to detail and a bias toward action. The right person is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and motivated by making complex processes easier for others.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong operational foundation who wants to deepen their expertise in partnerships and ecosystem strategy. You will begin by owning critical execution and, over time, have the opportunity to grow from an exceptional operator into a program builder.

Who you are:
  • 3–4+ years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, program management, or a related role within a B2B technology company.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting enablement, onboarding, content management, or operational programs for partners or revenue‑facing teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills with a track record of driving work from intake through completion.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, systems, and documentation to maintain program accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator who can work effectively across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Services, and other teams.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a willingness to get into the details while developing the strategic skills required to take on greater ownership over time.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
  • Love making things organized, accurate, and easy to use.
  • Are energized by execution and take pride in making sure the details are right.
  • Can manage multiple workstreams without losing sight of deadlines, dependencies, or follow‑through.
  • Look for ways to make recurring work simpler, faster, and more scalable.
  • Are comfortable working across teams and proactively follow up to keep work moving.
  • Enjoy learning how partnerships, Sales, Product, and Marketing come together to drive business outcomes.
  • Want to master execution today while developing the skills to build and own programs tomorrow.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Execute partner programs and operations. Support the day-to-day execution of partner programs, processes, workflows, and recurring operating cadences established by the Partner Program Director.
  • Manage partner onboarding. Coordinate onboarding for new partners, ensuring required information, agreements, systems access, enablement, documentation, and internal handoffs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support partner and field enablement. Coordinate enablement programs and maintain resources that help partners understand Seismic and help Seismic’s revenue teams understand when, where, and how to engage our partner ecosystem.
  • Own partner‑related content activities. Manage partner content that supports revenue‑facing use cases, ensuring assets are accurate, appropriately tagged, easy to discover, and aligned to current partner strategies and offerings. Maintain content freshness through regular reviews, updates, version control, and archiving of outdated materials.
  • Maintain partner resources and documentation. Keep playbooks, partner profiles, enablement materials, process documentation, FAQs, templates, and other internal and external resources current and organized.
  • Support reporting and partner program‑related measurements. Maintain program trackers, scorecards, dashboards, and recurring reporting; ensure data quality and help surface trends, gaps, and actions for the Partner Program Director and broader Partnerships team.
  • Drive partner ecosystem operational coordination and continuous improvement. Work across Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Services, Legal, and other stakeholders to track deliverables, remove operational blockers, document processes, and identify opportunities to simplify or automate recurring work.
