Job summary

Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank seeks a Partner Network Support Specialist to manage grants, data requests, and partner communications. The role provides programmatic support to the Partner Network Programs team, helps onboard new partners, and ensures timely processing of Impact Grants and related activities.

You will work with multiple departments, track spending, improve processes, and deliver accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Ability to pull data and develop professional reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid PA driver’s license and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Administer Impact Grants including applications and approvals.
• Track grant spending and ensure proper coding.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of Advance Choice.
• Coordinate data requests and generate reports.
• Promote inventory, especially Fresh Produce with partners.
• Draft communications and newsletters.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Provide on-site food assistance as needed.
