Job summary

the company hires a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Programs to scale our global partner marketing engine. You will partner with product marketing, enablement, sales, and finance to drive campaigns, MDF optimization, and joint demand generation.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, reporting and optimization across six partner ecosystems. This role offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner programs, partner marketing, partner marketing operations, partner marketing communications.

  • Prior experience building and scaling partner or channel marketing programs — packaged campaigns, co-marketing kits, partner plays, or partner communities.
  • Experience supporting partner marketing teams budgets and managing MDF programs (AWS MDF and SCAs strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full program lifecycle from planning through launch, tracking, and reporting.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a startup environment where speed and ownership matter.

  • Run the partner community as a core pillar of the partner program — owning content rhythm, enablement moments, recognition, and connection.
  • Oversee partner funding and MDF programs, including AWS MDF processes, SCAs, compliance, budget management and payment execution.
  • Drive end-to-end partner marketing lifecycle—planning, global investment allocation, lead flow management, attribution tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Translate campaign calendar and product roadmap into partner-ready plays for regional and ecosystem partners.

As we scale, repeatable programs, partner-ready plays, and data-driven insights are critical to maximizing the impact of our partner investments.

As the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Programs at the company, you will build, scale and execute the foundational engine behind our global partner marketing strategy. This is a highly visible, highly cross functional role working closely with partner product marketing, partner enablement, partner marketing, partner sales, systems and finance. You will champion three critical focus areas to propel our partnership strategy forward:

  • Orchestrate high-impact partner communications and community engagement—including product launches, enablement webinars, and an active partner community—designed to keep partners fully enabled, deeply engaged, and continuously choosing the company.
  • Maximize Market Development Fund (MDF) Impact and ROI—strategically allocating, tracking, and optimizing investments to turn MDF into a high-yield engine for measurable pipeline expansion across our entire partner ecosystem.
  • Scale partner pipegen programs by transforming the company's campaign calendar and product roadmap into robust, partner-ready packages, campaign kits, and sales plays that drive joint pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Global Strategic Partner Marketing, you will empower our partner network to grow and scale with clarity and confidence—turning strategic investments into real growth. You will ensure partner programs are properly resourced, tracked, and optimized across all six of our partner ecosystems — Solution Providers and VARs, Cloud Service Providers, Service Providers and MSPs, Audit Partners, GSIs, and Technology Partners — while equipping the team and leadership with the reporting and insight needed to make smart, fast decisions.

What you’ll do as a Partner Marketing Programs Manager at the company:
  • Lead partner communications, product launches, and enablement webinars while building an active partner community to ensure our ecosystem stays continuously engaged, fully enabled, and inspired to choose the company.
  • Run the the company partner community as a core pillar of the partner program — owning the rhythm of content, enablement moments, recognition, and connection that makes partners feel like insiders
  • Oversee partner funding and MDF programs, including AWS MDF processes, SCAs, compliance requirements, budget management and payment process execution
  • Drive the end-to-end partner marketing lifecycle—from strategic planning and global investment allocation to rigorous lead flow management, attribution tracking, and ROI analysis—ensuring every initiative fuels continuous growth and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Translate the company's campaign calendar and product roadmap into partner-ready plays, then put them directly into the hands of our regional and ecosystem partners to activate and our strategic partner marketers to make bespoke and activate with their partners
How to be successful in this role:

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a startup environment where speed and ownership matter
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation. Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling, data connectors, automation)
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
