Job summary

Strider Technologies, Inc. seeks a Partner Manager to build and grow the federal partner ecosystem, recruiting systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, and technology partners.

You will manage relationships, develop joint plans, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities across government channels. You will coordinate with Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams, enable partners with training and collateral, and track performance for growth across the federal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, government, political science, international relations, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of partnerships, channel management, alliances, federal business development, or related go-to-market role.
  • Experience with government-focused partners such as systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, or technology vendors.
  • Ability to develop and manage external relationships while coordinating with internal sales, capture, technical, or operational teams.
  • Experience managing multiple partners, opportunities, or workstreams with accurate CRM data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to brief partners and present to leadership.
  • Working knowledge of the federal market and how contract vehicles impact purchasing.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • As a Partner Manager, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of government-focused partners including system integrators and resellers.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, coordinating with their sales, capture, and technical teams.
  • Develop joint business plans and pursuit strategies identifying priority agencies, programs, opportunities, and contract vehicles.
  • Generate and develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline from identification through award.
  • Enable partners with training, sales collateral, demonstrations, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate teaming strategies and arrangements with prime and subcontractor roles and marketplace listings.
  • Support partner agreements, deal registration, and marketplace listings through government-focused channels.
  • Collaborate with Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts to align activities with opportunities and growth strategy.
  • Maintain accurate partner, opportunity, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide leadership with visibility into pipeline and health.
  • Represent Strider at partner events and channel conferences to develop relationships and growth opportunities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as Strider’s federal business and partner ecosystem scales.

Summary

Strider’s Government Growth team brings our mission to U.S. federal agencies responsible for national security, economic security, and research protection. We are hiring a Partner Manager to build and grow the partner ecosystem that extends Strider’s reach across the federal market.

In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, and technology partners. You will work with partners to identify opportunities, develop joint business and pursuit strategies, navigate contract vehicles and sales channels, and turn partnerships into measurable growth.

You will own relationships across a portfolio of partners while working closely with Strider’s Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams. Your work will help partners understand where Strider fits within federal missions, equip them to represent our capabilities effectively, and create new paths for Strider to reach government customers.

This is an opportunity to develop expertise across federal partnerships, channel strategy, and government growth while building relationships that expand the reach of Strider’s strategic intelligence capabilities.

Key Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, government, political science, international relations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, alliances, federal business development, or a related go-to-market role.

  • Experience working with government-focused partners such as systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, or technology vendors.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage external business relationships while coordinating effectively with internal sales, capture, technical, or operational teams.

  • Experience managing multiple partners, opportunities, or workstreams while maintaining accurate and timely information in CRM or related systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief partners, develop joint plans, and communicate partnership performance and priorities to leadership.

  • Working knowledge of the federal market and an ability to understand how partners, contract vehicles, and acquisition pathways influence government purchasing.

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling or managing partnerships through government aggregators, resellers, or marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and acquisition pathways, including GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Other Transactions (OTs/OTAs), SBIR/STTR programs, and agency-specific IDIQs.

  • Familiarity with how federal agencies and their partners acquire data, analytics, open-source intelligence (OSINT), AI/ML, cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, research security, or related capabilities.

  • Established professional relationships within the federal systems integrator, reseller, or technology partner ecosystem.

  • Active or prior U.S. security clearance.

Description

As a Partner Manager, you will help build and operate Strider’s federal partner program from partner recruitment through joint pursuits and ongoing performance management. You will develop relationships that create new routes to market, help partners understand and position Strider’s capabilities, and identify where Strider and its partners can pursue federal opportunities together.

You will:

  • Develop joint business plans and pursuit strategies that identify priority agencies, programs, opportunities, and contract vehicles where Strider and its partners can pursue business together.

  • Generate and develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, tracking opportunities from identification and registration through pursuit and award.

  • Enable partners with training, sales collateral, demonstrations, use cases, and competitive positioning so they can accurately and effectively represent Strider’s capabilities.

  • Coordinate teaming strategies and arrangements, including prime and subcontractor roles, contract vehicle access, reseller relationships, and marketplace agreements.

  • Support partner agreements, deal registration, and marketplace listings through government-focused aggregators, resellers, and other channels.

  • Partner with Strider’s Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams to align partnership activities with active opportunities and the broader government growth strategy.

  • Maintain accurate partner, opportunity, and pipeline information in Strider’s CRM and related systems.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide Growth leadership with visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, wins, engagement, and overall program health.

  • Represent Strider at relevant partner events, industry days, and channel conferences to develop relationships and identify new partnership and growth opportunities.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as Strider’s federal business and partner ecosystem continue to scale.
