Position: EMEA Senior Partner Alliance Manager - Germany

Bizagi’s platform connects people, applications, robots, and information, facilitating collaboration between business and IT. With a community of one million users, Bizagi supports over a thousand organizations globally, including DHL, Unilever, adidas, BAE Systems, and Old Mutual.

The EMEA Partner Manager will lead relationships, business development, and sales activities with global and regional partners. This role involves working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, professional services, and customer success teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives for new customer acquisition and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven channel experience, including:

  • Building partner ecosystems with proactive recruitment in regions such as the UK/I, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, South Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Developing and executing joint business plans to generate revenue for Bizagi and partners.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Industry knowledge in enterprise process management, automation, RPA, and digital transformation, with experience in industries like retail, financial services, manufacturing, or supply chain being advantageous.
  • Consultative sales approach with partners, including resellers, MSPs, and system integrators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting business development with key partners in EMEA.
  • Educating partners on Bizagi’s value proposition and solutions.
  • Managing complex relationships and creating development plans with regional stakeholders.
  • Driving partner-specific sales enablement and training.
  • Defining profitable business models aligned with partner growth strategies.
  • Facilitating contractual agreements and marketing collaborations.

Additional duties involve:

  • Leading solutions sales activities at target accounts.
  • Collaborating with sales teams for co-selling efforts.
  • Conducting account mapping and joint value proposition development.
  • Providing product and sales training to partners.
  • Generating new pipeline opportunities with marketing and sales support.
  • Managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales goals.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships or account management in a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven revenue growth and quota achievement.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working across geographies and traveling up to 50%.
  • Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus.
