RemoFirst is a growing team of 140 dedicated professionals focused on delivering a top-tier Employer of Record platform and exceptional service through industry-leading partnerships. We are launching a new partnership and seek a Strategic Partner Manager to activate and grow this relationship. This role involves owning the partnership and building a lead generation engine.

*This role is remote with required travel.

What you'll be doing:

  • Launching and managing the day-to-day relationship with a key strategic partner
  • Conducting sales training and enablement sessions for sales and customer success teams
  • Representing RemoFirst and nurturing relationships across the partner organization
  • Providing first-line support for sales inquiries
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to drive referral growth
  • Handling ongoing issues and resolving queries promptly
  • Developing and executing creative go-to-market and partner activation strategies
  • This position requires travel up to three times a month for in-person events and trainings.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in sales and/or partnerships
  • Based in the U.S. for travel purposes
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong presentation and networking skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excitement to own and develop the partnership
  • Outgoing personality and relationship-building ability to serve as a trusted advisor

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Payroll or HR Tech
  • Background in entrepreneurial environments
