Location : Onsite in San Jose, CA or Remote in Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, or New York, NY

Salary : $125k - $140k base + variable pay.

Requirements :

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Sales, Partner Management, or Partner Enablement
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions and supporting cybersecurity channel partnerships.

We are a well-established and growing cybersecurity company. We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our team with a strong background in Cybersecurity and channel partnerships.

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue. This role focuses on building strong relationships with partners in the cybersecurity domain, ensuring partner satisfaction, and enabling joint success through collaboration and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and drive the sales process to secure agreements.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and enablement to partners, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and partner feedback to continuously improve partner engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in driving channel and partner enablement within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to communicate their value to partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM Software (Salesforce).
  • Prior work or engagement with Google Cloud Security is a plus.
