As a Partner Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, supporting a portfolio of agencies and partners to drive engagement, platform adoption, and customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on building and nurturing relationships, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize platform value and outcomes. You will develop and deliver enablement programs that promote partner proficiency and independence, customizing content based on agency specialization, and proposing solutions to empower partners to succeed with their own clients. Your role will involve overcoming challenges, driving retention, and supporting scale, collaborating cross-functionally to align strategies and provide partners with necessary tools and resources.

Key responsibilities include strategic relationship management, platform training and enablement, and partnership engagement, with specific tasks such as conducting training sessions, facilitating business reviews, and translating data into actionable insights.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or related roles within AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media. Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, data-driven insights, and familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or Google Analytics are essential. The role requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
