    Overview:

    One Inc is looking for a Product Manager of Partner Integrations to act as the integrations subject matter expert for our Partner Integrations team. As part of the product team, you will gain deep technical knowledge of One Inc products that can then be translated to partner roadmaps. You will act as a trusted advisor to the partners, advising them on best practices for product integrations. You will be able to speak proficiently to the integration, owning documentation updates. This role does not require a product management background, but rather a willingness to learn and a high level of interest around technical integrations.

    In partnership with the One Inc Strategic Alliances team, this role functions as the product expert for One Inc strategic partnerships. You will interface with the entire One Inc product team, gaining deep technical knowledge on the products that can then be translated to partner roadmaps. You will act as a trusted advisor to the partners, advising them on best practices for product integrations. You will be responsible for keeping documentation up to date such as partner scope documents while documenting new requirements based on business and technical needs from the partner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fully immerse yourself in the capabilities of the integration with the core insurance system partner acting as the subject matter expert on the integration to internal sales and implementation teams.
    • Define product integration roadmap(s) in collaboration with Partner’s product teams and internal One Inc stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance).
    • Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore architects, technical product managers, and developers to define features that solve meaningful user challenges.
    • Partner with the One Inc User Experience team to recommend solutions that create a best in class experience.
    • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, prospects, analysts, and others.
    • Translate the One Inc feature releases into required/optional features for partner integrations.
    • Partner with Product teams on beta programs and POCs.
    • In partnership with engineering, document integration requirements for new partners or enhancement requirements for existing partners.
    • Conduct win/loss analyses to identify product and feature flaws that must be addressed.
    • Provide consulting expertise and guide partners on the functions of our products.
    • Work as an advisor to the partner and propose solutions in-line with product practices.
    • Write up proposed solutions equally well to a business or technical stakeholder audience, to be embedded in technical specifications, SOW’s, API’s, or product initiatives.
    • Own the upkeep of all product partner documentation to include solution design documents, feature matrixes, and scope definition.
    • Partner with the Strategic Alliances team to present product roadmap to partners.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer facing roles.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to ask compelling/leading questions, uncover common customer themes, and lead technical and project planning.

    Experience & Education:

    • Preferred candidates will have experience in payments or technology. Insurance experience a plus.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related discipline, or relevant experience.
    • 2-3 years of software product management and/or technical project management in customer facing roles.
    • English fluency at native level.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to partner and other locations in the United States.
