• Keep the ND engine running while you rebuild parts of it.
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality.
• Turn ambiguous Relationship Building requests into shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Spot the Bismarck pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint.
