Job summary

gener8tor seeks a gBETA North Dakota Program Manager to drive recruitment, execution, and community engagement across Fargo. You will coach founders, build mentor and investor relationships, and manage two accelerator cohorts annually while tracking KPIs and reporting progress to partners.

Based in Fargo with a hybrid in-office schedule, you will engage startups, universities, mentors, and community partners to strengthen North Dakota's entrepreneurial ecosystem and act as a recognized startup

Qualifications

• Residence in or relocation to North Dakota to engage with the regional startup ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Highly organized self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexible schedule with occasional nights and weekends for events.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit startup applicants and lead selection for two cohorts.
• Develop relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead base-building and schedule office hours with startups.
• Run two accelerator programs annually and ensure operational success.
• Track KPIs, report metrics, and coordinate with Managing Director.
• Serve as primary coach and connect founders to mentors and resources.
