Qualifications

• Deep substantive experience in investment funds law — formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Originating and growing client relationships beyond ongoing matters.
• Partner-level standing or clear imminent path to partnership with portable business.
• Comfortable working across a distributed, multi-office platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund formation across various investment vehicle types, including cross-border structures.
• Provide ongoing portfolio management and regulatory counsel for fund clients, with international matters.
• Drive business development and client relationship management.
