Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for partners. You will create and curate learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets to help partners position, sell, and support Relativity's solutions.

You will collaborate with the Partner Enablement Program Manager to design enablement experiences, onboard partners, support product launches, and optimize learning journeys with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Design and build scalable learning content and GTM enablement resources for external audiences.
• Able to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects from concept to launch.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools (Articulate or Adobe) and LMS/PRM platforms.
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design for go-to-market teams and external audiences.
• Excellent communication; collaborates with stakeholders and SMEs to create content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and GTM content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across the Partner Portal and learning journeys.
• Develop and enhance GTM enablement resources, including collateral and best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library and ensure a governed content experience.
• Plan and execute enablement content for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content.
• Use feedback and engagement data to continuously improve learning content.
