Job summary

Scale Computing is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to run and optimize partner programs and campaigns across a growing reseller, MSP, and distributor network.

You will develop partner-facing content, coordinate events and webinars, and manage the MDF program while tracking ROI and portal engagement. A 1–3 year background in B2B marketing and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in channel marketing.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional presence.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated in work approach.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Suite; Salesforce and Impartner a plus.
• Familiarity with B2B networking and sales processes is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Run partner programs and campaigns and support recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
• Plan and launch campaigns that drive awareness and demand among resellers, MSPs, and distributors.
• Develop partner-facing content, emails, newsletters, webinars, and co-branded campaigns.
• Bring partner events to life and coordinate webinars, regional field events, and partner-hosted activities.
• Manage the partner portal and MDF program, ensuring resources are current and compliant.
• Track marketing metrics and use data to align initiatives with partner and company goals.
