Job summary

Videa seeks a Partner Success Manager to own a portfolio of dental technology partners, driving lead flow, activations, and co-selling. You will enable partners with trainings, battlecards, and certification and maintain strong data in GTM systems.

You will collaborate with Partnerships leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a seamless partner experience and growth in a fast-evolving AI dental care platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partner success or related roles in health tech or SaaS.
• Experience owning a portfolio and driving outcomes.
• Ability to influence external teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own partner lead flow end to end, routing, conversion, SLAs, and budget priority.
• Drive co-selling and joint go-to-market with partner-led activities.
• Be primary contact from onboarding to activation for partners.
• Develop partner success plans and enablement programs.
