Ladders in Chicago seeks a Partner in Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services to lead complex engagements that blend forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation analysis. The role is highly relationship-driven and focused on expanding client service opportunities while delivering trusted technical guidance in a professional services environment.

The partner will mentor junior team members, contribute to practice growth, and help shape the quality and consistency of client work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
• CPA license is required.
• 12+ years of experience in Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services.
• Proven track record generating $1.5 million in annual revenue from new clients.
• 5+ years of supervisory and mentoring experience.
• Strong expertise in litigation services and damage calculations.

For our client, we are seeking a Partner, Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This individual will lead complex client engagements that combine forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation analysis. The role is highly relationship-driven and focused on expanding client service opportunities while delivering trusted technical guidance in a professional services environment. The partner will also mentor junior team members, contribute to practice growth, and help shape the quality and consistency of client work across the team.

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation: $280,000 - $400,000 annually
