Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP in Los Angeles is seeking a Partner for the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group to drive new business opportunities, serve long‑standing clients in compliance and consulting, contribute to thought leadership, technology initiatives, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities include supervising engagements, expanding services to existing clients, leading training, and developing business opportunities while coordinating with colleagues across offices and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree in a related field.
• CPA or other applicable license.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in forensic, litigation & valuation services.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Experience acquiring new clients and generating minimum $1.5M in net new revenue annually.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive company, industry, and economic research.
• Analyze client financial statements.
• Document and maintain all aspects of the work product.
• Lead departmental training for associate level professionals and foster a learning environment of continuous improvement.
• Schedule in‑house training, lunch and learns with associates and all team members.
• Expand services to existing clients.
• Supervise engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm.
• Oversee all aspects of the client engagement.
• Supervise, train and evaluate advanced level staff.
• Coaching, mentoring and assisting staff to develop and grow in their careers.
• Assist in recruiting, develop training material, and serve as an instructor in professional development programs.
• Initiate business development activities, build an internal and external circle of influence, and participate in networking and marketing events.
• Occasionally work extended hours, travel to different firm offices, and/or client locations as required.

Qualifications

• CPA or other applicable license.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in the forensic, litigation & valuation services industry.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Experience acquiring new clients, growing a book of business, and generating a minimum of $1.5 million in net new revenue annually.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Broad background and knowledge in litigation/expert services and the calculation of damages in various matters.

Location & Compensation

Preferred Location: Los Angeles.
Salary range for Illinois: $280,000 – $400,000. Adjustments will be made for other geographies based on market differences and individual experience.
