Leonid Group is seeking a Forensic Accounting Partner & Practice Lead (Commercial Disputes & Litigation). This role can be based in New York, Boston, D.C., or Chicago, USA, with full authority to build and lead a specialist disputes team.

You will drive strategy, client expansion, and recruitment while sharing in the firm’s growth through profit participation and revenue-based bonuses. You’ll work with a tight team of partners and staff in a boutique setting that rewards rainmakers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading forensics, litigation, and valuation teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to build a new practice.
• Existing network of law firms/lawyers to generate recurring revenue.

Forensic Accounting Partner & Practice Lead (Commercial Disputes & Litigation)

USD 400- 500 K base salary + annual bonus, profit share, commission on revenue generation, and benefits

Are you an ambitious forensic accounting partner, looking to step into a 'practice lead' role?

Here, you'll work with 7 other partners and a team of 45 staff, who are quickly growing to become a prominent firm in the mid-to-large dispute and litigation market. You'll help drive the strategy, client expansion, recruitment, and growth of the firm over the coming years, sharing in the profit as you grow.

A boutique forensic, litigation and valuation firm has retained Leonid Group. Sitting outside the usual CPA/Consulting firm structure, our client is a one-of-a-kind advisory business, built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

Given the tremendous growth of their forensic and valuations business over the last 12 months, they’re looking for someone to help build and grow their specialist disputes team.

You’ll be given total freedom to build this business unit in the best way possible. Without the usual politics, rulebooks and limitations of a CPA firm setup, you’ll help create a unique offering for your clients.

The firm places huge importance on rewarding rainmakers, so beyond salary and firm bonus, you’ll receive a percentage of all revenue generated.
