Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
Active CPA license required.
10+ years of progressive public accounting experience serving financial institutions.
Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, AICPA auditing standards, and financial institution regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and advising executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic client relationships with financial institutions and advise executive leadership.
Provide technical leadership on accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters.
Direct assurance engagements from planning through completion with high audit quality and regulatory compliance.
Oversee budgets, staffing, realization, and profitability to drive practice performance.
Pursue new business opportunities and expand client relationships for growth.
