Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound communications from dealers, including email, phone, and text, in a timely manner.
• Receive, validate, and process floorplan loan requests in accordance with client policies, procedures, and advance guidelines.
• Accurately calculate amounts due across a variety of floorplan situations.
• Maintain a steady workflow and complete additional assignments during available time, as needed.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client policies, processes, and procedures related to assigned areas and consistently follow established requirements.
• Apply experience and lessons learned to create or improve work methods related to floorplan advances and the overall partner experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• One or more years of related experience in the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry, or experience with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
• Bilingual communication skills; bilingual team members may be asked to speak with customers by phone.
• A proactive, partner-first mindset and a willingness to improve processes based on experience and feedback.
