Job summary

Kinetic Advantage is looking for a Partner Experience Specialist to support auction and dealer partners and internal teams. This on-site role handles floorplan loan coordination and ensures timely, accurate communications.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, be highly organized, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, with hours M-F 11:00a-8:00p ET.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years related experience in floorplan, automobile, or auction industry or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound electronic communications from dealers (email, phone, text).
• Validate and process floorplan loan requests per policies and guidelines.
• Accurately calculate amounts due in various floorplan scenarios.
• Maintain steady workflow and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Understand and apply Kinetic Advantage policies and procedures.
