Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in talent development, leadership development, professional development, talent management, or employee engagement.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or similar matrixed organization preferred.
• Occasional travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the firm with leaders and talent-facing teams to deliver initiatives aligned with partnership and strategic priorities.
• Lead planning and execution of partner development programs from concept to implementation, including content, speaker coordination, communications, logistics, and success measures.
• Support Upward Feedback program planning and analysis with senior leadership.
• Facilitate coaching engagements and maintain relationships with external coaches and vendors.
• Identify development needs and work with stakeholders to create leadership, firm management, and career development programming.
• Develop polished presentations and resources for partner audiences and firm leadership.
