Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Manager, Partner Engagement to design, manage and advance initiatives that support partners throughout their careers. The role reports to the Director of Employee Engagement and will reside in Boston, MA, with a hybrid schedule three days in office and two days remote.

The position requires leading partner development programs, supporting retirement and career transitions, and collaborating across leadership and talent-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-related programs and processes, including development, retirement, and transitions.
• Lead planning and execution of partner development programs from conception to implementation.
• Support the Upward Feedback program in coordination with leadership.
• Facilitate coaching engagements and maintain relationships with external coaches and vendors.
• Identify emerging development needs and develop programming with internal and external subject matter experts.
• Develop polished presentations and resources for partner audiences and firm leadership.
• Stay current on leading practices in partner and executive development and talent management.
• Manage additional partner-focused programming as priorities evolve.
