Qualifications

• Experience in talent development, leadership development, professional development or talent management.
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives and senior-level stakeholder interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop materials for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner development initiatives and programs across the firm's offices.
• Plan and execute partner development programs from concept to implementation, including content and logistics.
• Support Upward Feedback program and coaching engagements with internal and external resources.
• Identify emerging development needs and create programming on leadership and career development.
• Develop polished presentations and communications for partner audiences and leadership.
• Stay current on practices in partner and executive development and talent management.
• Directly manage the Employee Engagement Coordinator and ensure high-quality execution.
