I'm currently representing a retained executive search firm, founded and led by a diverse team of women and leaders of colour. Ideal Profile:

5 Years+ Exec Search experience

Retained experience / Origination focused

Open on market experience from: life science, healthcare, industrial, consumer, financial services, technology, private equity etc

• Base $175k
• Commission scheme up to 50%, rough pay outs of 50% on all billings – no deductions for research, admin, marketing etc - 25% if executing. OTE - $750k+
• Opportunity to work fully remote or in office with a very collaborative team (2 partners per search)
