Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• 8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individuals. Set and communicate priorities that support organizational goals.
• Work with clients to understand objectives, identify gaps, and surface opportunities for solution reuse or innovation.
• Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and comply with data and legal policies.
