What You'll Be Doing

• Lead planning and delivery of outcomes defined by partner agreements and statements of work (SOWs).
• Manage relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Communicate relationship health and needs to Unity leadership and teams, demonstrating value for both parties.
• Use leadership influence to resolve challenges beyond the immediate team scope.
• Facilitate appropriate conversations between Unity and partners to develop the relationship and business value.

What We're Looking For

• Experience navigating large tech corporations to ensure cross-company alignment and approvals.
• Technical and business understanding to ask insightful questions, recognize challenges and risks, and translate technical language into business impact.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and managing difficult situations.
• Deep experience in complex program management.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience within Unity’s developer ecosystem and familiarity with game creation and publishing processes.
• Knowledge of software development agreements, contracts, and SOW documents.
