Job summary

The Executive Director leads a team of 20+ staff and 50+ student advisors, manages a multimillion-dollar budget, and collaborates with alumni and employers to model liberal arts education for future graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in career services or related field, at least 5 years in a management role.
• Ability to sustain long-term relationships with alumni, employer partners, faculty, staff, and students.
• Experience building inclusive vision and collaborations with alumni and employer partners.
• Proven leadership with large, diverse teams and commitment to inclusion.
• Experience with assessment, data-informed decision making, and program evaluation.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tisch Center for Career Exploration and participate in the College's senior leadership.
• Direct a team of 20+ full-time staff and 50+ student advisors; oversee programs for ~5,000 undergraduates.
• Align career services with enrollment, retention, and student success goals.
• Advocate for innovation in higher education career exploration and data-driven assessment.
