Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Partner Enablement & Certification to lead the partner quality program, build training and audit frameworks, and ensure distributors, subcontractors, and installers meet Neptune standards. This role prevents issues by auditing field work and updating training content based on findings.

The position emphasizes design of certification programs, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven improvement within a hybrid on-site/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in field services, training quality, or partner management; certification/QA program experience preferred.
• Experience with regulated utility environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain installation/implementation certification standards for distributors, subcontractors, and installers.
• Develop and deliver training programs covering Neptune solutions.
• Certify and audit partners against the standard and manage certified roster.
• Inspect and audit partner work in the field to verify compliance.
• Feed audit findings back into training content and raise the certification bar.
• Coordinate with project delivery teams to align Neptune standards across programs.
• Track and report partner performance and quality trends to leadership.
