Job summary

PetVet365 in Indianapolis is seeking a Partner Doctor to own, lead, and grow a hospital within our network. You’ll have true autonomy supported by a proven platform, with equity in your practice and resources to shape care and culture.

You will deliver comprehensive veterinary services from wellness to diagnostics and surgery, mentor associates, recruit a strong team, and partner with operations and marketing to build community impact.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with active state license.
• Experience in clinical practice; leadership experience preferred.
• Fear Free Certified (or excited to become — we’ll cover it).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A vision for building something bigger than yourself.

Responsibilities

• Co-own, launch, and grow your PetVet365 hospital in your market.
• Deliver Fear Free-first care across general practice, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness.
• Lead by example and mentor associates through the full spectrum of care.

• Set the medical and cultural tone for your hospital and brand.
