Job summary

PetVet365 is seeking an Associate DVM in New York to join a vet-led team focused on Fear Free care and work-life balance. You will provide compassionate medical, surgical, and dental services within a collaborative setting that emphasizes patient comfort and family communication.

You will grow through apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors, pursue CE, and have opportunities for leadership and ownership via our Partner Doctor model, while building strong community ties.

• Communicate treatment options clearly with empathy and transparency to clients.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians to foster a positive hospital culture.
• Partner with leadership to review performance, improve processes, and grow the practice.
• Engage in outreach, client education, and community events.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate DVM, you’ll provide top-notch veterinary care and be part of a collaborative team that values both excellence and balance. You’ll:

• Grow through an apprenticeship-style mentorship model, learning side by side with partner doctors across the full spectrum of care, building confidence and clinical expertise.
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness while continuing to expand your skillset through CE and leadership development opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with clients, presenting treatment options with empathy and transparency to strengthen the doctor-client bond.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians, fostering a positive and growth-oriented hospital culture.
• Partner with hospital leadership to review performance, improve processes, and grow the practice as part of a collaborative network.
