PetVet365 seeks a Partner Doctor who will co-own and grow a hospital in the local market, enjoying true autonomy to shape the practice and patient care, backed by a supportive network.

You will lead a team, mentor associates, and deliver comprehensive Fear Free care from wellness to diagnostics and surgery, while building equity and community partnerships.

• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing, well-supported team.
• Set the medical and cultural tone for your hospital — where your people feel supported, balanced, and proud of the work they do.
• Collaborate with PetVet365’s operations, marketing, and clinical teams to grow your practice.
