Job summary

PetVet365 in Kentucky is seeking Partner Veterinarians to co-own and lead a hospital, shaping clinical care and the culture of Fear Free medicine. You’ll own your hospital, drive quality care, and build equity within a supported network.

You’ll grow a hospital capable of delivering wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and preventive care while mentoring teams and engaging with your community.

Responsibilities

• Co-own, launch, and grow your PetVet365 hospital in your market.
• Enjoy true autonomy to shape your hospital vision and practice style, supported by the resources and stability of a proven network.
• Deliver Fear Free-first care across general practice, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness.
• Lead by example, showing how Fear Free on steroids changes how medicine is practiced.
• Provide apprenticeship-style mentorship, guiding associates through care and building their confidence.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing, well-supported team.
• Set the medical and cultural tone for your hospital where your people feel supported and proud.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to grow your practice.
• Manage hospital performance and build equity in something that’s yours.
• Engage with the community through outreach and partnerships.
