Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Partner - Director AI/ML, Computational & Data Science to lead the growth of our AI/ML talent solutions in life sciences. You will work closely with our leadership in Europe to scale the business from drug discovery to commercial launch and manage a high-performing team.

The role offers hybrid work options across London, Boston or Zug with significant earning potential through profit sharing and commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, AI/ML or life sciences is advantageous.
• Proven track record in building and scaling sales or client-facing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

You will be working closely with our experienced best in class leadership team in Europe (Nicholas Boyle, Sarah Pawar, Arne Huyghelier, Catherine Campbell and Tasha Cole) with access to over 1,400 signed T&C to supercharge our UK & EU-focussed Computational AI/ML business unit, covering the full spectrum of from drug discovery to commercial launch.
