What you'll do

The Partner Development Representative (PDR) will co-sell with internal and external partner Account Executives to secure qualified partner opportunities for Docusign account executives. Responsibilities include making daily activity calls, receiving hands-on training, and focusing on partner co-selling and account penetration. This role offers in-depth partner and direct sales experience in a growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support partner sales teams with qualified opportunities.
  • Build relationships with account executives within Docusign’s partner ecosystem.
  • Develop sales strategies with external partner sales teams to target accounts.
  • Plan and execute quarterly in-person account meetings.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn for research and prospecting.
  • Work with partner Account Executives to source and close deals, ensuring protocols and contractual requirements are met.
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employees split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office.

What you bring
Basic
  • BA/BS degree
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
  • Experience in quota-carrying Inside Sales, preferably software sales.
  • Experience selling with or through partners.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
