Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Automation Engineer for its Network Partner Data Platform to design and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates, and service renewals across multiple internal systems.

You will build ETL pipelines, automate data migrations from spreadsheets and silos, develop reconciliation scripts, and create dashboards to track data quality, platform adoption, and ROI. Strong Python skills and API experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automation engineering, data engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, API integrations, data manipulation).
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).
• Familiarity with SQL and data pipeline/ETL concepts.
• Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (Airflow, cron, or similar).
• Understanding of data quality principles (validation, deduplication, reconciliation).
• Comfortable working with large datasets across multiple source systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates, service renewals, and data lifecycle management.
• Create self-service tools enabling bulk data operations without engineering support.
• Build automated alerting for data issues and expiring service agreements.
• Build ETL pipelines that synchronize partner data across internal systems.
• Automate migration of legacy data from spreadsheets, wikis, and siloed databases.
• Develop reconciliation scripts to detect discrepancies and maintain data consistency.
• Build tools to auto-retrieve partner contacts during network incidents and automate escalations.
• Create dashboards for data quality, freshness, platform adoption, and ROI.
