Travel 20 to 25 race weekends per season
Type Full-time
POSITION SUMMARY
LEGACY MOTOR CLUB is hiring a Partner Content Producer to lead content creation for one of the Club's flagship partner programs. This is a dedicated account role. Instead of splitting time across every project the Digital Media team touches, this producer is assigned to a single partner and the family of brands that runs through its program, capturing and building content that lives across social, digital, and partner channels all season long.
The work is not only at the racetrack. A large share of it is produced in advance at the shop, in the studio, at pit practice, and at hospitality, and special events, then carried through concept, production, post, and multiple rounds of brand review before it ever posts. Race weekends add live capture and fast turnaround on top of that.
The range is wide. One week may be a paint scheme reveal built around a product brand. The next may be a vertical series built around a driver or a product launch, or a lo-fi piece shot on a phone between practice and qualifying. The producer moves between those registers without losing quality or brand consistency.
This is a hands-on production role for someone early in their career who wants reps, ownership, and a clear body of work. The right person is a strong shooter and editor, comfortable working independently, and organized enough to run a recurring content calendar and a season-long deliverable list for a partner counting on it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Capture
- Shoot video and photography at race weekends, shop and studio shoots, pit practice, driver appearances, hospitality, partner events, and special events
- Cover both planned content and reactive moments across the week/weekend
- Operate independently on site, including lighting, audio, and multi-camera setups when required
Editing and Post-Production
- Edit and deliver short-form vertical, long-form, lo-fi social, and partner cutdowns
- Handle color, sound, captioning, and light motion graphics
- Build platform-specific versions of each piece rather than resizing one master
- Manage multiple rounds of brand and vendor review, incorporating feedback quickly and cleanly
- Hit same-day and next-day turnarounds
Campaign and Activation Support
- Produce content around paint scheme reveals, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand takeovers
- Work with the Director of Digital Media and the partnership team to translate campaign objectives into shot lists and deliverables
- Build campaign content ahead of the race weekend so there is time for review, revision, and rollout planning
Deliverable Tracking and Workflow
- Maintain a running list of contracted deliverables across the season and track completion against it, so nothing in the agreement is missed
- Maintain the content calendar and delivery schedule for the assigned partner program
- Manage intake of content requests, clarify scope, and communicate realistic timelines
- Organize, tag, and archive footage so assets are retrievable by brand, campaign, and event
- Deliver finished assets to internal teams and the partner on agreed timelines and specs
Collaboration and Team Support
- Lean on the other content producers on the LEGACY digital media team when a shoot, a deadline, or a race weekend calls for more hands
- Contribute to broader LEGACY MOTOR CLUB content when partner workload allows
- Participate in team brainstorms, shoot planning, and creative reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 5 years producing video and photo content for a brand, team, agency, or as a creator
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop or Lightroom, with working knowledge of After Effects
- Strong camera skills on mirrorless or cinema bodies, plus real command of shooting fast on a phone
- Portfolio showing both polished edited pieces and native social content
- Comfortable traveling 20 to 25 weekends per season and working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment and work long days in outdoor conditions
- Experience with consumer brand content is a plus
- Motorsports experience is a plus; genuine interest in the sport matters more
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE

- Every contracted deliverable is tracked and accounted for across the season
- Campaign moments are built in advance rather than scrambled the week of the race
- The asset library is organized enough that anyone on the team can find what they need
