Education:Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Business or Engineeringor a related field; master’s degree preferred.
RelevantExperience:10+ years of relevant work experience in management consultingor industryinWealth Management / Asset Managementor relevant roles in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Fixed Income, Equities,MiddleOfficeor Asset Servicing.
Direct, working knowledge of wealth and asset management operations, platforms, and vendor solutionsacross portfolio management, IBOR/ABOR, OMS/EMS, trading and middle-office workflows, custody, performance and attribution, alternatives, ETFs, managed accounts, reconciliations, exceptions, and operational controls.
Strong industry knowledge across wealth and asset management, with the ability to confidently discuss wealth platforms, SMA/UMA models, investment operations, trading workflows, AI use cases, and operating model transformation.
Sales & Business Development:Provenabilityto originate new business opportunities and create new revenue streams byidentifyingclient needs, developing relationships, shaping consulting solutions, and converting opportunities into sold work.
ConsultingSkillset:Strong communicationskills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
