About the job

This position is needed to own and accelerate our ecosystem across EMEA North (UKI & Nordics). This isn't a "maintenance" role - we need a heavy hitter who can build a regional powerhouse from the ground up. You'll be the bridge between our most strategic partners and our internal teams, turning high-level alliances into massive, revenue-generating engines.

If you have a deep network in the UKI and Nordic markets, thrive on closing complex deals through partners, and want the autonomy to run your territory like a business owner, this is your seat

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Drive Growth: Own a portfolio of top-tier System Integrators and Resellers to achieve partner-sourced and partner influence revenue targets.
  • Master the GTM: Build and execute the playbook for EMEA North, aligning local wins with our global vision.
  • Build High-Level Alliances: Get into the room with C-suite stakeholders and VPs to align business goals and create joint value.
  • Win Together: Partner with our Sales teams to map accounts, joint-sell, and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Be the Expert: Act as the "Voice of the Partner" internally, ensuring our Product and Marketing teams are building what the market actually needs.
  • Show Up: Be the face of our partner program at major events, executive briefings, and QBRs.
Qualifications

Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

*Required:
  • 7+ Years of Experience: In partner sales or alliances within the tech space.
  • Regional Mastery: You know the UKI and Nordic markets inside and out and have the track record to prove it.
  • The Network: You're coming in with a "Rolodex" of established relationships at SIs and digital transformation firms.
  • Executive Presence: You're comfortable leading a room of C-level executives and can simplify complex ideas into winning strategies.
  • Action-Oriented: You don't wait for instructions. You're a self-starter who moves fast and delivers.
Desired:
  • Tech Stack: Experience with API-first platforms, CPaaS, CCaaS, or CDP.
  • SaaS Pedigree: You've thrived in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
  • Languages: Fluency in French or German is a major bonus.
