Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join the SAIL team. You will co-build AI agents, design multi-agent architectures, and drive customer success with partner teams across the ASP organization.

You will own end-to-end engagements from discovery to working code and executive readouts, delivering scalable, serverless solutions and evolving agentic workflows in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.

Responsibilities

• Co-build AI agents with APO engineering.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate partner-program processes.
• Architect externalization pipelines to Partner Central.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP.
• Integrate agents with Partner Central platform APIs and federation layers.
• Improve agent accuracy via prompt engineering and RAG.
• Create reusable agent templates and evaluation suites.
• Own the full engagement lifecycle for partner engagements.
• Design solution architectures for agentic AI workloads.
• Build working code and run evaluation passes before delivery.
• Deliver agentic AI workshops for partner teams.
• Create assets that scale to many partners.
