About This Opportunity

The Partner Account Manager II, Operations position provides operations and account management support for assigned key accounts in a fast paced and evolving environment.

We are searching for an operations-focused person to join our growing InComm team. In this role, you will specialize in inventory-related topics, product set up, activation and oversight. You will coordinate with internal teams on relevant initiatives for InComm’s Value Gift Card Program. You will build and grow relationships with key internal teams, external gift card partners and decision-makers. You will be successful in this role if you possess the ability to work and solve problems in the unknown.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory, digital assets, and logistics for key partners—ensuring they have what they need, when they need it.
  • Analyze data to optimize inventory allocation, helping accounts make informed business decisions.
  • Lead new product setups and keep everything running smoothly from production to delivery.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with various gift card partners.
  • Guide partners and internal teams through new account launches, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Drive growth by expanding the distribution of physical and digital products across retail and B2B markets.
  • Identify process gaps and champion improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across production, finance, logistics, and more to keep everything moving forward.
  • Stay proactive—support account growth through merchant expansion and promotion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to forecast, monitor, and manage inventory.
  • Experience analyzing reports and identifying trends.
  • Highly functional and experienced with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Quickbase, etc.) preferred.
  • Must have ability to learn and use proprietary web-based tools.
  • Successful experience interfacing with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across various internal and external teams.
  • Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment.
  • Project management experience helpful.
  • Logistics background a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Some travel may be required.
