Position Overview

FlavorCloud is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented business owner to join our dynamic Partner Account Management team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring partner operations and business performance goals are met. You will work cross-functionally with product, the shipping carrier team, partnerships, and finance to execute successful day-to-day partner impact. You understand how shipping works within a warehouse, the technical stack, and how fulfillment impacts core business KPIs for 3PLs.

Location: United States or Canada

The Role

  1. Deliver Partnership KPIs: Manage daily partnership operations to meet KPIs. Co-lead QBRs and monthly executive updates.
  2. Drive Partnership Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships by understanding their needs and strategic plans.
  3. Build Strong Relationships: Develop partner relationships across all levels of the organization, from the C-suite to operational teams.
  4. Provide Partner Support: Offer support including training, technical assistance, and marketing materials to help partners effectively promote and sell the company's products and services.
  5. Bridge Partner Needs to Product: Facilitate the Voice of the Partner and their merchants to inform product improvements.
  6. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track partner performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to help partners achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of experience in account or partner management.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—phone, email, and video conferencing.
  3. Operational experience in shipping, logistics, and/or 3PL industries.
  4. Enjoyment of a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment where adaptability, over-communication, and ownership are essential.
  5. Strong operational and communication skills with an understanding of core 3PL financial and performance drivers.
