Position Overview
FlavorCloud is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented business owner to join our dynamic Partner Account Management team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring partner operations and business performance goals are met. You will work cross-functionally with product, the shipping carrier team, partnerships, and finance to execute successful day-to-day partner impact. You understand how shipping works within a warehouse, the technical stack, and how fulfillment impacts core business KPIs for 3PLs.
