Current residency in Kansas, Missouri, or Tennessee and current data infrastructure (storage, networking, servers, security, backup, and disaster recovery) channel experience required

The Partner Account Manager is responsible for building and growing business alliances and partnerships within key partner accounts. As the regional execution lead, the PAM ensures the identification, retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of strategic business, working in sync with regional Account Managers. The role involves working with internal departments on contracts, renewals, and upgrades, conducting strategic market analysis, and developing joint solutions and new opportunities with product teams.
The PAM is accountable for achieving revenue and margin objectives within the account, supporting leadership, and coordinating operational aspects of the partner ecosystem, focusing on driving revenue.
