The Role

The Partner Account Manager is responsible for building and growing business alliances and partnerships within key partner accounts. As the regional execution lead, the PAM ensures the identification, retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of strategic business, working in sync with regional Account Managers. The role involves working with internal departments on contracts, renewals, and upgrades, conducting strategic market analysis, and developing joint solutions and new opportunities with product teams.

The PAM is accountable for achieving revenue and margin objectives within the account, supporting leadership, and coordinating operational aspects of the partner ecosystem, focusing on driving revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a regional business strategy covering short, medium,, and long-term goals with key partners, including solution prioritization, field engagement, and pipeline management.
  2. Establish medium and long-term business objectives, investment plans, and strategic shifts to grow the partner and HV's business.
  3. Manage primary partner executive relationships aligned with strategic goals.
  4. Spend 80% of time pursuing opportunities through regular contact with assigned accounts.
  5. Build solid relationships at all levels within accounts, lead account activities, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  6. Develop strategic plans to advance the company's mission, promote revenue, and foster growth with partners.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to develop market-accepted, repeatable solutions that benefit both HV and partners.
  8. Create and maintain a high-priority pipeline and forecast, reporting progress regularly.
  9. Engage with HV Field Sales to educate on partner solutions and ensure proposal integrity, including deal structure and pricing.
  10. Drive activities and strategic solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
