The ideal candidate has 10+ years of family law experience, active Connecticut bar admission, and a reputation for excellence in the shoreline market.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Connecticut bar admission required.
• 10+ years of family law experience.
• Portable book of business strongly preferred; local relationships encouraged.
• Established reputation for excellence in Connecticut family law.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a sophisticated family law practice encompassing divorce, custody, alimony, asset division, and related litigation
• Supervise and develop associate-level attorneys and support staff
• Grow and sustain a robust client base on the Connecticut shoreline and surrounding communities
• Serve as a firm ambassador through community engagement, bar association participation, and professional networking
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and leadership of the Family Law practice group
