With 5+ years of experience, you will manage intake through resolution, advise clients on divorce and custody, and collaborate with a top-tier team to deliver exceptional advocacy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Bar admission.
• 5+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills.
• Experience handling contested custody, support, and divorce matters.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.
• High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with clients during challenging life events.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Appear regularly in Connecticut Family Court.
• Advise clients on divorce, custody, support, alimony, property division, and post-judgment issues.
• Draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and court filings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex and high-net-worth matters.
• Develop case strategy and provide exceptional client service throughout the legal process.
