Job summary

Halloran & Sage LLP is a Connecticut-based law firm seeking an accomplished Family Law attorney to join our Middletown office as a Partner.

The role focuses on leading complex family law matters, supervising teams, and growing the practice in the Greater Middletown region while contributing to leadership and business development.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Connecticut bar admission required.
• 10+ years of family law experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of excellent client outcomes.
• Portable book of business strongly preferred; established client base encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce, custody disputes, business valuations, and post-judgment proceedings.
• Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and staff.
• Develop and expand the Family Law practice group in the Greater Middletown region.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and the broader legal community.
• Contribute to firm leadership, business development initiatives, and strategic planning.
