A national, full-service law firm is seeking to grow their presence in Houston. The firm is seeking a seasoned litigator to join its expanding insurance defense team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new office with significant growth potential.

Role Overview

As a Non-Equity Partner in the Insurance Defense Litigation team, you will handle a diverse docket, including:

• Trucking accidents
• General liability

You will represent a range of clients, including hotels, apartment complexes, Airbnb, and top commercial builders.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation.
• Proven track record in handling trucking, premises liability, and general liability cases.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
