Location: USA based remote position, with required travel as necessary

Reports to: Sr. Director, Marketing

Employment Classification: Full-time

Salary Range: $60,000 to $90,000 base salary, based on experience, education, and location.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Generalist at PCS Software, Inc., you will join a small, high-output marketing team where speed, accuracy, and execution are critical. This hands-on, remote role is built for a proactive, detail-obsessed marketer who can take initiative and bring campaigns to life across email, digital advertising, ABM, and customer and partner programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and go-to-market impact in the fast-paced logistics and software space.

Execute Integrated Campaigns:

  1. Drive the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, social, and ABM.
  2. Own day-to-day campaign tasks — from copywriting and email creation to landing page builds and performance tracking.

Email Marketing & Automation:

  1. Create and manage outbound and nurture campaigns using HubSpot.
  2. Apply segmentation and personalization strategies to boost engagement and conversions, and report on campaign outcomes.

Partner & Customer Campaign Support:

  1. Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver customer-facing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, case studies, webinar promotions, and retention programs.
  2. Build co-marketing assets with integration partners — such as emails, social media, landing pages, and webinars — to ensure alignment on messaging and timing.
  3. Manage timelines and approvals with internal and external stakeholders to keep campaigns moving and on-brand.

Event Support & Onsite Coordination:

  1. Support marketing efforts tied to key tradeshows and customer events — including pre-event promotion, booth and swag coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  2. Attend 4–6 events annually to manage onsite execution, including booth setup, lead capture, and coordination with Sales and vendors.

Team Operations & Organization:

  1. Contribute to shared team responsibilities like budget tracking, asset organization, and project tracking in Monday.com.
  2. Help maintain operational clarity and keep marketing projects running on time — even in fast-moving environments.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Campaign Execution & Impact: Demonstrate results through the timely launch and performance of multichannel campaigns — including email engagement, lead generation, and influence on pipeline. Success is measured by consistency in execution, speed to market, and campaign outcomes.
  2. Customer Communication: Contribute to measurable improvements in customer engagement and retention, tracked through metrics such as email open/click rates, webinar attendance, and feedback from Customer Success (including NPS where applicable).
  3. Partner Marketing Contribution: Execute co-marketing initiatives with partners. Success will be measured by the number and quality of campaigns delivered, timeliness, and impact on partner engagement and channel activity.
  4. Event Execution: Support onsite event activities, including coordination, lead capture, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  5. Operational Reliability: Meet deadlines, manage tasks in Monday.com, organize assets, and facilitate smooth cross-team collaboration with minimal oversight.
